if you're watching the youtube that shows you the instructions on how to download it, there is a part that they put the code "SPK9" Do NOT put that code in (because that was specifically for that download) PUT the code that they give you!! Right next to the box, it should say "ENTER THIS" and enter whatever code it gives you then download. (That's how I downloaded mines)
